Goals for the month.

  • Exercise 5 days a week.
  • Lose maximum 10 lbs.
  • Drink 1 litre of water everyday.
  • Eat a fruit/vegetable everyday.
  • Drink milk 5 times a week.
  • Organize your book shelves.
  • Limit your use of technology.
  • Blog twice a week.
  • Clear up your emails.
  • Apply masks twice a week.
